Hi, I’m Ellie and I’ve been in the hair industry for over 24 years. I started young, straight from school into hair college and quickly realised I didn’t want to work in the toxic, competitive salon environments I’d seen. Over the years I’ve explored many areas — theatre, TV, film, wigs, period styling — but my passion has always been helping clients feel confident in their hair. When I moved to a new town with no contacts, I built my business from scratch and now I run a busy salon where clients travel long distances to see me. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been helping clients with hair loss or thinning hair. Hair loss is emotional, and being able to restore confidence has shown me just how powerful our work as stylists can be. I created The Meshless Topper Method to give stylists the skills, confidence, and support I wish I had when learning these techniques. My goal is to help you offer life-changing services with confidence, stand out in your industry and grow your business without feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
